The Wolf's Prayer

Veni, Sancte Lupinotuum
emittunt caelestia
ulula cantus tui.

Veni, pater luporum,
age, cantor carminum,
Veni, princeps venationis.

Lycanthropus maximus;
dulce lupus silvae;
dulcis servus lunae.

O lupe beatissime,
replete intima cordis
familiae tuae!

Sine tuo nutu capitis
nihil est intus in nobis;
nihil innocens.

Pura et immania;
sana vulnerati,
fractos lenire.

Flecte id quod est inflexibile;
fove quod constringitur;
revoca quid erravit.

Da tuis sectatoribus,
qui confidunt in vobis,
dona luporum!

Da virtutis praemia;
morti da salutem;
aeternum gaudium.

Come, Holy Werewolf
send out the celestial
howl of your singing.

Come, father of wolves
Come, singer of songs
Come, prince of the chase.

Supreme Lycanthrope;
the sweet wolf of the wood
sweet servant of the moon

Oh most blessed wolf,
fill the innermost part of the heart
of your family!

Without the nod of your head
there is nothing within us;
nothing innocent.

Pure and monstrous;
heal the wounded,
soothe broken bones.

Bend that which is inflexible;
warm what is frozen
bring back what went wrong.

Give your followers,
who trust you,
gifts of wolves!

Give rewards of virtue;
give salvation to death;
and eternal joy.

Ave Lupa

Ave, Lupa, gratia plena;
Luna tecum est;
benedictus tu in silva;
et benedictus fructus ventris tui, lycanthroporum.

Sancta Lupa, Mater nostra omnium,
Ora pro nobis peccatoribus nunc, et in hora mortis nostræ.

Hail, Lupa, full of grace,
the Moon is with you;
blessed are you among the forest,
and blessed is the fruit of your womb, werewolves.

Holy Lupa, Mother of Us All,
pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death.

The Werewolf Creed

Credo in deos multos;
Principalis inter eos commutator;
ad Sanctam Genitricem Lupam.

Omnipotens mater,
origo lycanthroporum in terra;
visibilium omnium et invisibilium Mater dilecta.

Beata Mater, quae iterum venturus est in gloria;
ut iudicare vivos et mortuos
nullus erit finis regni hujus.

Et in formatoris anima,
dona lupum;
datum est lycanthroporum,
qui ex matre procedunt.

Et unum Sanctum et Aeternum Concilium.
Horum ductu et voce fretus sum;
qui pro Lupa in Terra loquuntur.

Et expecto resurrectionem mortuorum
et lupinotuum regnum obtinebit in terra vitam aeternam.

I believe in many gods,
Principal among them, the transformer:
the Holy Mother, Lupa.

Almighty Mother,
origin of werewolves on Earth,
Beloved Mother of all things visible and unseen.

Blessed Mother, she who will come again in glory,
to judge the living and the dead
there will be no end to her kingdom.

And in the the shapeshifter’s soul,
gifts of the wolf,
bestowed upon werewolves,
who proceed from the Mother.

And one, holy and eternal Council.
I rely on their guidance and their voice,
they who speak for Lupa on Earth.

And I look for the resurrection of the dead
and the everlasting life of the werewolf on Earth.

Salve Regina

Salve, Regina, Mater misericordiae.
Vita, dulcedo et spes nostra, salve.
Ad te clamamus;
exsules filii et filiae Lupae;
ad te suspiramus.
Luctus et fletus;
in hac lacrimarum valle.
Eia ergo, advocata nostra, clementissime;
tuos misericordes oculos ad nos converte;
et post hoc exilium ostende nobis pacem
qui in tuo beáto útero ut catulos emersísti.
O clemens, o pia;
O dulcis Mater, Lupa.

Hail, holy Queen, mother of Mercy.

Hail, our life, our sweetness and our hope.

To thee do we cry,
the exiled children of Lupa;
to thee do we send up our sighs,
mourning and weeping,
in this vale of tears.
Turn then, most gracious advocate,
thine eyes of mercy toward us;
and after this our exile, show unto us peace,
who in your blessed womb didst emerge as puppies.
O clement, O loving,
O sweet Mother, Lupa.
