Council Decree on Howloween

By unanimous Council vote, we hereby Decree on this day, the Second of November in the year Two Thousand & Twenty, that the Months of October and November shall officially, collectively be known as Howloween & that the colonial holiday formerly known as “Thanksgiving” is cancelled forthwith. Celebrate the Glory of the Werewolf!
